Overview of Calendar

The Calendar Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all bookings, events, and schedules for your venue. Here, you can easily manage and organize your bookings, view availability, and make any necessary adjustments to your calendar.

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Calendar” section.
  • Click on “Calendar” to enter the calendar dashboard, where you can view and manage bookings, and schedules for your venue.

If multiple calendars are configured, they will be displayed on the calendar dashboard for easy access and management.

  • Clicking on the “Month” button will display the entire month, showcasing all bookings scheduled for that period. If there are any bookings made, they will be visible within the calendar for easy reference and management.
  • Clicking on the “Week” button will reveal the full week, presenting all bookings scheduled for that timeframe. Any existing bookings will be visible within the calendar, facilitating convenient reference and management.
  • Clicking on the “Today” button will instantly bring you back to the current day’s view on the calendar. This feature is especially useful if you have navigated to different dates and want to quickly return to see the bookings and schedule for the present day.
  • Two navigation buttons enable you to seamlessly navigate through the calendar by moving forward or backward in time. These buttons can be used to switch between different months, weeks, and days, providing an easy way to view and manage bookings for various time periods.
  • Clicking on any day will display a full day view, showcasing all bookings made for that specific day, regardless of the time.
  • You can view all bookings scheduled for that particular day.
  • Bookings are highlighted in colors on the calendar.
  • To edit a booking, simply click on the edit icon associated with that booking.
  • Within the booking editing interface, you can modify any details related to the booking as needed.
  • To view a booking, simply click on the View icon associated with that booking.
  • In this section, you can review all the details associated with the booking.

You can see that bookings are displayed in different colors. These colors correspond to the booking type selected by customers when making their bookings.

This color-coding helps easily distinguish between various booking types on the calendar.

In the backend, we have the pink color associated with the 1-hour booking type, so any booking made for 1 hour will appear in pink. Similarly, the dark blue color is associated with the 1.5-hour booking type, and bookings made for 1.5 hours will be highlighted in dark blue.
