Big Group Increments

This sequence of steps guides you to a specialized section where you can input and customize details for time slots within your venue. Take advantage of this feature to effortlessly expand and configure your lanes, ensuring an organized and efficient scheduling system.

  • Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
  • Select “Account Settings.”
  • Choose “Manage Lanes” from the options.
  • Access or edit the “Manage Lanes” section within the “Manage Lanes” settings.
  • Click on calendar icon.
  • You can see BIG GROUP INCREMENTS button.

For groups more than 10, you can suggest your customers to add extra time to their booking. A pop-up will be shown at frontend if the number of guests entered are more than 10.

To enable the Booking Increment Pop-up, follow the provided steps:

  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Go to “Frontend” settings in the menu.
  • Select “Booking Page” from the options.
  • Check the booking type increments specifically designed for big groups (>10 people).
  • Click the “Submit” button to save the changes.

To add booking types for the Booking Increment Pop-up, follow these steps:

  • Click on “BIG GROUP INCREMENT.”
  • Click on “ADD NEW.”
  • Select the “From Booking Type.”
  • Select the “To Booking Type.”
  • Enter the time difference in minutes for the extra time.
  • Click “Submit” to save the changes.
  • Navigate to the designated section by clicking on “BIG GROUP INCREMENT.”
  • Initiate the process of adding a new Booking Increment by selecting the “ADD NEW” option.
  • Choose the initial booking type from the available options.
  • Choose the destination booking type from the available options.
  • Specify the time difference in minutes to define the extra time for the Booking Increment.
  • Confirm and save the changes by clicking the “Submit” button.

To View Booking Types for Booking Increment Pop-up:

  • Click on “BIG GROUP INCREMENT.”
  • In this section, you’ll see a list of added Booking Increments for big groups.
  • To delete a Booking Increment, use the provided “Delete” action.
  • Pop-up will be shown if number of guests are equal or more than 11
  • Pop-up will be shown if additional time will be free
  • Pop-up will be shown if additional timeslot is added
  • Pop-up will be shown if additional timeslot is activated
  • Pop-up will be shown if additional booking type is activated
  • From Booking Type dropdown for adding Booking Increment will have activated booking types only
  • To Booking Type dropdown for adding Booking Increment will have booking types with time greater than selected Booking Type for From Booking Type
  • Any Booking Type can be added only once for Booking Increment as From Booking Type
