The “PDF” section in the Venue Owner Dashboard provides convenient access to generate and manage PDF invoices for your bookings. This feature enables you to easily create detailed invoices in PDF format, facilitating streamlined documentation and record-keeping for your venue’s transactions.

Access the Venue Owner Dashboard.
Navigate to the “Invoices” section.
Click on “PDF” to access the PDF invoices feature.

Edit Invoice Template

In this section, you have the flexibility to customize the invoice layout, including adding your business logo and editing the text content to align with your brand identity.

Change Logo

When you double-click on the logo placeholder, a popup window will appear, enabling you to replace the default logo image URL with your own custom logo URL.

Change PDF Labels

You can effortlessly customize the label copy for each column by clicking on the respective label and typing in your desired text.

Load Default Content

The “Load Default Content” button provides you with the option to restore the template to its original settings. If you’ve made changes and want to revert to the default layout or content, simply click this button, and the template will be restored to its initial state.

%booking_date% = Booking Date: It denotes the date when the booking was made.
%deposit_amount% = Deposit Amount: This placeholder indicates the amount paid as a deposit for the booking.
%booking_start_time% = Booking Start Time: It represents the starting time of the booking.
%booking_end_time% = Booking End Time: This placeholder signifies the ending time of the booking.
%booking_description% = Booking Description: It provides a brief description or details about the booking.
%people% = No of people: This placeholder represents the number of people included in the booking.
%hst_amount% = HST for Booking: It denotes the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) applicable to the booking.
%discount% = Discount: This placeholder indicates any discount applied to the booking.
%total% = Total: It represents the total amount payable for the booking, including taxes and discounts.
