SMS Settings

The “SMS Settings” section allows you to configure and customize the settings related to sending text messages (SMS) through your integrated messaging service. Here, you can manage various aspects of your SMS communication, including sender name, message templates, and delivery preferences, ensuring efficient and effective communication with your customers.

  • Access the “SMS Settings” by navigating to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Go to “Integrations” and select “Text Messages.”
  • Choose “SMS Settings” to enter the configuration interface.

If you choose Sinch as your messaging service provider, there are specific details you need to enter to set up the integration successfully:

Message Service Plan Id: This is the identification code for your selected message service plan with Sinch.

Message Token Id: This is the unique token assigned to your messaging account by Sinch.

From Number: This is the phone number from which your SMS messages will be sent to recipients.

Ensure to enter these details accurately to enable seamless communication via SMS using Sinch as your service provider.

If you opt for Mobile Guest as your messaging service provider, here are the specific details you need to provide to configure the integration:

Mobile Guest Slug: This is the unique identifier or slug associated with your Mobile Guest account.

Mobile Guest Webhook Secret: This is a secret key or token used for secure communication between your application and Mobile Guest’s webhook endpoint.

From Number: This is the phone number from which your SMS messages will be sent to recipients.

Ensure to enter these details accurately to enable seamless communication via SMS using Mobile Guest as your service provider.

Enabling the Reminder Booking Text Message feature allows you to configure reminder SMS notifications for bookings.

Set the reminder time for messages before booking.

Choose the messaging service provider between Sinch and Mobile Guest based on your preferences and requirements.
