“Mailchimp” integration streamlines email marketing efforts for venues, enabling targeted communication with customers and prospects. By integrating Mailchimp with the venue management system, owners can efficiently manage email campaigns, subscriber lists, and marketing automation, fostering stronger customer relationships and driving business growth.

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Integrations” section from the menu.
  • Select “Mailchimp” to initiate the integration process.

To integrate Mailchimp with your venue management system, you’ll need to provide the Mailchimp API Key and List ID

Additionally, you have the option to update the Subscription Text to align with your branding and messaging preferences.

If Mailchimp integration is enabled, a checkbox will be displayed on the frontend booking form Screen 2 (PERSONAL INFORMATION). This checkbox allows customers to opt-in to receive newsletters or promotional emails from your venue via Mailchimp.

If Mailchimp integration is enabled, a checkbox will also appear on the Sign Waiver Screen form.

To disable Mailchimp integration on your website, simply uncheck this option.

Disabling Mailchimp will remove the checkbox from the booking form and sign waiver screen form, preventing participants from subscribing to your mailing list through Mailchimp.
