Payment Settings

Payment Settings offer a comprehensive platform to manage various aspects of your venue’s payment system, ensuring seamless transactions and financial operations.

Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
Select “Payments Settings” to access the Payment Settings.

Currency

Select your preferred currency type from CAD (Canadian Dollar), USD (US Dollar), or GBP (British Pound) to ensure seamless transactions and accurate pricing for your services.

Payment methods such as Stripe, Clover, and Square provide versatile solutions for processing transactions seamlessly. By selecting among these options in Payment Settings, you integrate trusted payment gateways into your booking system, offering customers secure and convenient ways to make payments.

Stripe

We need to add Publishable Key and Secret Key.

Clover

To obtain the Auth Token, Merchant ID, and Order Type ID necessary for configuring payment methods, you can refer to the guide provided below.

Login to Clover Merchant Dashboard
Then visit one of the links below according to the country you are using it,

After visiting the above link it will redirect to the authorization page. Click on the merchant name for which the app has to be connected
After Selecting merchant, it will redirect to the connection page. The app is free to use, Click on connect button
When the app is connected, Connect buttons will turn into Open the app button.
Now login to the Axebooker’s venue for which clover settings have to be imported.

After successful login to Axebooker’s dashboard, switch to the clover tab and click on Open the app button. It will open Axebooker’s payments settings page and ask for confirmation to import the settings
Please double check the venue name and click on confirm button to import clover settings. If all went well, it would present a success message on the payment settings page
On Axebooker’s Dashboard, Enable payments if not enabled by checking the “Enabled payments” checkbox, select clover as payment method, set currency and Submit to save. Order Type is optional
