Blocked Days

This set of instructions directs you to a specialized section designed for managing Blocked Days within your venue’s time slot settings. By following this sequence, you can access a dedicated area tailored for the purpose of defining specific days as blocked, ensuring a streamlined and organized approach to time slot management.

  • Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
  • Select “Account Settings.”
  • Choose “Manage Lanes” from the options.
  • Access or edit the “Manage Lanes” section within the “Manage Lanes” settings.
  • Click on calendar icon.
  • You can see Blocked Days button.

You can see Blocked Dates and Blocked Days here.

Initiate the process by locating and clicking on the “Blocked Day” button.

Specify the type of blockage by selecting from the available options.

Assign a label to the blocked day for clear identification.

Select the specific day that you want to designate as blocked.

Indicate the lane numbers affected by the blocked day.

Alternatively, choose lanes by specifying a range for a more efficient selection process.

Define the starting time for the blocked period.

Specify the ending time for the blocked period.

Finalize the process by pressing the “Submit” button to save the configured blocked day settings.

This is the section where you can view Blocked Days in the calendar backend.

Initiate the process by selecting the option to add blocked dates.

Locate and click on the “Blocked Day” button to proceed with blocking specific dates.

Indicate the type of blockage by selecting the option to block specific dates.

Specify the particular date you want to designate as blocked.

Finalize the process by clicking the “Submit” button to save the blocked date.

After submission, the designated date will be blocked in the backend, ensuring it is unavailable for scheduling.
