This sequence of steps guides you to a specialized section where you can input and customize details for time slots within your venue. Take advantage of this feature to effortlessly expand and configure your lanes, ensuring an organized and efficient scheduling system.

Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
Select “Account Settings.”
Choose “Manage Lanes” from the options.
Access or edit the “Manage Lanes” section within the “Manage Lanes” settings.
Click on calendar icon.

You can see TIMESLOT WIZARD button.

Click on the “Timeslot Wizard” button to initiate the configuration process.

Upon clicking, a popup for the Timeslot Wizard will appear, providing options for further configuration.

The Timeslots Wizard works with all Booking Types and follows a straightforward process:

Open the Timeslots Wizard window and enter the required details: start time, end time, days of availability, and any additional settings.

Here’s an example: If you select a ‘1 Hour’ Booking Type, set your Start Time to ’11:00 AM’, End Time to ‘3:00 PM’, add a 10-minute gap between appointments, and choose 15-minute booking intervals for Monday.

The first available slot on Monday will be ’11:00 AM – 12:00 PM’. The next slot starts 15 minutes after 11:00 AM, following your selected 15-minute interval setting.

As, ’11:15AM-12:15PM’, ’11:30AM-12:30PM’…

For 10mins Gap, The Ending Time of 1st Timeslot was 12:00PM. 5th Timeslot will be ’12:10 PM-01:10 PM’. Next will be, ’12:25 PM-01:25 PM’ , ’12:40 PM-01:40 PM’ …

Once you’ve entered these settings, you’ll see all the generated time slots displayed on your screen. These slots are what your customers will see and can select from when booking.

Since your end time is 3:00 PM, the last available slot for Monday will be 1:50 PM – 2:50 PM.

If you set both the Gap and Interval to 0 minutes, each time slot will start immediately after the previous one ends. For example, with a 1.5-hour booking type, you might have one slot from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM and the next slot from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM.
