Add Booking

This set of instructions directs you to the “Add Booking” section of the dashboard, streamlining the process of creating and managing bookings for your venue.

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu on the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Bookings” section.
  • Select “Add Booking” to enter the booking creation interface.

Initiate the booking creation process.

Enable communication by sending an email.

Specify the customer’s name.

Enter the customer’s email address.

Provide the customer’s contact number.

Choose the designated lane for the booking.

Select the desired date for the booking.

Specify the type of booking (e.g., 1 Hour, 1.5 Hour, 2 Hour).

Choose the preferred time slot for the booking.

Indicate the number of adult participants.

Specify the number of children participating.

Enter the deposit amount for the booking. If no deposit is required, enter ‘0’ in the deposit field.

Enter the promo code for the booking, if applicable. Then click “APPLY” to apply the selected promo code.

Include any additional notes or comments.

Choose between “Walk-in” or “Phone” as the booking type. This selection indicates whether the booking was made in-person (walk-in) or over the phone.

Set the status of the booking (e.g., Active or Inactive).

Enable this option if the payment is to be made via card.

Confirmation that the booking has been successfully added.

If applicable, mark the booking as an internal booking. This option auto-populates the Name, Email, and Phone fields, streamlining the process for internal bookings within the system.
