Manage Bookings

This set of instructions guides you to a specific area within the dashboard, streamlining the process of effectively managing bookings for your venue.

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu on the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Bookings” section.
  • Select “Manage Booking” to enter the management interface.

In this section, you have the capability to view, edit, and delete bookings as needed.

Press the “Eye” icon to access detailed information about the specific booking.

Upon pressing the “View” icon, the system will load the booking summary page, providing comprehensive details related to the specific booking.

Access the editing functionality to modify details of the booking.

Choose to cancel the booking if necessary.

Mark the booking as checked in.

Access the URL for the waiver associated with the booking.

In this section, you have the flexibility to change information as needed, allowing for adjustments and updates based on your requirements.

The “Delete Booking” icon serves to permanently remove the booking from the system. Exercise caution, as using this option irreversibly deletes the booking.

A popup will appear, and by pressing “Ok,” you confirm the deletion, resulting in the removal of the booking from the system.
