Manage Booking Type

The Manage Booking Types section gives you full control over how your venue handles different types of bookings. You’ll see a complete list of all your booking types at a glance and can activate/deactivate, delete, or edit each booking type as needed.

  • Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
  • Select “Account Settings.”
  • Choose “Booking Types” from the options.
  • Access or edit the “Manage Booking Types” section within the “Booking Types” settings.

Choose how your booking types appear on your calendar by picking their display colors. A quick click lets you select from a full color palette, making it easy to color-code different types of bookings so you and your staff instantly recognize reservation types at a glance.

Need to temporarily pause or resume a booking type? Just flip the toggle switch next to it. When activated, customers can make this type of reservation. When deactivated, the booking type won’t show up as an option for new reservations.

Click Edit to customize your booking type. Options include renaming it, adjusting the duration, or changing the display color to better organise your calendar. You can also switch between different booking types (hourly bookings, party bookings, or rentals) and update the status to active or inactive.

Use the delete option when you want to permanently remove a booking type from your system.
