Waiver Form Settings

Modified on Thu, 21 Aug at 10:51 AM

You can customize your waivers to meet your venue’s requirements, including the text of the waiver and how it is submitted. Here’s how to access and customize your waiver settings:

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu on the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Waivers” section.
  • Select “Waiver Settings” to enter the interface dedicated to configuring and customizing waiver parameters.

This option grants you the ability to position waiver text at the bottom of the page. This feature provides flexibility in the layout and presentation of waiver content, ensuring it aligns with your venue’s preferences and enhances the overall user experience.

When the checkbox is left unchecked, the text position defaults to the top of the page.

When the checkbox is checked, the text position defaults to the bottom of the page.

These labels correspond to specific fields in a form where users provide information when completing a waiver. Each label serves as a descriptor for the type of information expected in its respective field. For example:

  • First Name Label: Input for the participant’s first name.
  • Last Name Label: Input for the participant’s last name.
  • Email Address Label: Input for the participant’s email address.
  • Phone Number Label: Input for the participant’s phone number.
  • Emergency Contact Name Label: Input for the name of the participant’s emergency contact.
  • Emergency Contact Phone Label: Input for the phone number of the participant’s emergency contact.
  • State Label: Input for the participant’s state.
  • Home City Label: Input for the participant’s home city.
  • Zip Code Label: Input for the participant’s zip code.
  • Street Address Label: Input for the participant’s street address.
  • Birthday Label: Input for the participant’s birthday.
  • Signature Label: Input for the participant’s signature. The inability to disable the Signature label is intentional and aligned with the requirement for capturing a participant’s signature in a waiver form.

These labels provide clarity and guidance to users as they fill out the waiver form, ensuring accurate and organized data collection.

For each label option you have the flexibility to rename and enable/disable labels. The process remains consistent for all label options

Disabled field looks like below screenshot. This field is not going to appear on live site.
