The Preferences section gives you complete control over how your business operates. Under the My Location settings, you’ll find the “PREFERENCES” tab where you can customize everything from how you communicate with customers to when and how you receive notifications. This helps you tailor every aspect of your venue’s operations to work exactly the way you want it to.

  • Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
  • Select “Account Settings.”
  • Choose “My Location” from the options.
  • Access or edit the “Preferences” section within the “My Location” settings.

    This feature allows you to toggle between enabling or disabling the capability for child bookings, providing flexibility in accommodating or restricting reservations for younger guests.

    Choose whether to enable or disable a time limit for child bookings, offering control over the duration allowed for reservations related to younger patrons.

    Determine whether customers receive email notifications regarding waivers by enabling or disabling this feature, ensuring clarity and compliance with necessary procedures.

    Manage the sending of reminder emails for bookings by toggling this feature, facilitating proactive communication and reducing the likelihood of missed reservations.

    Specify the timeframe for reminder emails with this setting, allowing you to customize how many hours in advance customers receive a reminder before their scheduled booking.

    Decide whether to enable or disable survey emails following bookings, providing a valuable avenue for gathering customer feedback and improving overall satisfaction.

    The Review Positive Feedback URL lets you choose where to direct satisfied customers. Simply enter the URL where you want satisfied customers to leave their feedback, and they’ll be automatically redirected there after rating their experience positively.

    Personalize the visual appearance of your platform by selecting a theme color, allowing you to align the aesthetic with your brand or preferences.

    Keep track of waiver completion status by monitoring this feature, offering insights into the compliance level of customers regarding required waivers.

    Choose “No waiver form required” if you want to make it optional.

    Choose “Waiver form required” to make it compulsory
