Review emails allow you to gather valuable feedback from your customers, enabling you to improve your services and tailor your offerings to better meet their needs. By accessing the Review Email section in the Venue Owner Dashboard, you can customize the email template to suit your branding and messaging.

Steps to Access Review Email Template:

  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Click on “Automations.”
  • Select “Emails” from the dropdown menu.
  • Choose “Review” from the available options.

Once you’ve reached the Review Email section, you can customize the template according to your preferences and requirements.

Review Email Legends:

  • %customer_name%: The name of the customer who made the booking.
  • %customer_booking_created_at%: The date and time when the booking was created.
  • %customer_booking_date%: The date of the booking.
  • %customer_email%: The email address of the customer.
  • %booking_start_time%: The start time of the booking.
  • %booking_end_time%: The end time of the booking.
  • %lane_name%: The name of the lane booked by the customer.

These placeholders enable you to tailor your league emails for a more personalized and engaging communication experience with league participants.

This email provides an opportunity to collect valuable insights and opinions from customers, helping to improve services, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships. Through the use of personalized legends such as the customer’s name, booking date and time, and the name of the booked lane, venue owners can engage with customers in a meaningful and targeted manner.

For added convenience, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button is available to quickly restore the default template, providing a reliable baseline for your email communication.

Make sure to press the “SAVE” button after making any changes to preserve your configurations.
