The Reminder Email section provides you with a dedicated space to customize and configure email content for reminders within your venue. Whether you want to remind customers about their upcoming bookings or convey important information, this feature allows you to create personalized reminder emails tailored to your business needs.

  • Access the Main Navigation Menu on the Venue Owner Dashboard.

  • Click on “Reminder” to enter the interface for managing reminder emails. Here, you can customize the content, settings, and schedule for your reminder emails, ensuring effective communication with your customers.

“These legends contain placeholders that will be replaced with actual data when viewed by your customers. For example, if you use %customer_email% in your email template, it will display as ‘Email: [customer’s email address]’ when the customer receives it.”

Reminder Email Legends:

  • %customer_name%: Inserts the customer’s name.
  • %customer_booking_created_at%: Inserts the date and time when the customer’s booking was created.
  • %customer_booking_date%: Inserts the date of the customer’s booking.
  • %customer_email%: Inserts the customer’s email address.
  • %booking_start_time%: Inserts the start time of the booking.
  • %booking_end_time%: Inserts the end time of the booking.
  • %lane_name%: Inserts the name of the lane associated with the booking.
  • %waiver_link%: Inserts the link to the waiver related to the booking.

These legends provide placeholders that dynamically fetch and display relevant information in your reminder email, ensuring personalized and context-specific communication with your customers.

In this section, you encounter a default easy template that serves as a starting point for your email content. You have the flexibility to modify the text and legends within this default template to align with your specific needs. Additionally, if you prefer to start from scratch, you can remove the entire template and craft your personalized version.

For added convenience, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button is available to quickly restore the default template, providing a reliable baseline for your email communication. This feature ensures that you can easily revert to the initial content structure whenever necessary.

It’s important to remember to click on the “SAVE” button after making any changes to ensure that your modifications are applied and saved.
