Reminder Text Message

The Reminder Text Message feature, found within the Text Messages section of the Automations tab in the Venue Owner Dashboard, enables you to craft and customize reminder messages sent to customers for upcoming bookings or appointments. With this tool, you can personalize the content of reminder messages and schedule them to be sent out at strategic intervals before the scheduled booking time. This helps ensure that customers receive timely reminders, reducing the likelihood of missed appointments and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

  • Access the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the “Automations” section.
  • Click on “Text Messages.”
  • Select “Reminder.”

These legends serve as placeholders for dynamic information that will be personalized in each reminder text message sent to customers. These placeholders ensure that each reminder message contains relevant and timely information tailored to the specific booking.

Reminder Text Message Legends:

  • %customer_name%: The name of the customer with the booking.
  • %booking_date%: The date of the scheduled booking.
  • %booking_start_time%: The start time of the booking.
  • %booking_end_time%: The end time of the booking.
  • %booking_created_at%: The date and time when the booking was created.
  • %lane_name%: The name of the lane or area booked for the appointment.

The Reminder Text Message Template provides a framework for composing personalized reminder messages to be sent to customers. This template allows venue owners to customize the content of the reminder messages while incorporating dynamic information using placeholders.

For added convenience, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button is available to quickly restore the default template, providing a reliable baseline for your email communication.

Make sure to press the “SAVE” button after making any changes to preserve your configurations.
