Internal Booking Information

Within the Venue Owner Dashboard, the “Internal Booking Information” section holds significant importance as it allows you to integrate and manage email details specifically tied to your location within the broader account settings. This section serves as a central hub for configuring essential communication elements, streamlining the internal booking workflow and enhancing efficiency.

Here you add email information related your location in account settings.

  • Log in to the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu.
  • Select “Account Settings.”
  • Choose “My Location” from the options.
  • Access or edit the “Internal Booking Information” section within the “My Location” settings.

    Refers to the designated name associated with internal bookings. This could be the name of the individual or department responsible for managing and handling internal booking requests.

    Represents the email address specifically designated for internal bookings. This email is likely used for communication and notifications related to reservations made by internal parties.

    Denotes the phone number assigned for inquiries and communication regarding internal bookings. This number serves as a contact point for handling reservations or addressing queries related to internal events or appointments.

    These values become operational when you add a booking in the backend. To activate them, you need to select the Internal Booking option.
