To access the About Us Email template, follow these steps:

Go to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
Click on “Automations.”
Select “Emails” from the dropdown menu.
Choose “About-us” from the available email templates.

Once on the About Us Email page, you can customize the content according to your venue’s story, values, and mission. This email serves as a vital tool for establishing a strong connection with customers by sharing your brand’s unique identity and values.

If you double-click on an image, a banner edit window will appear, allowing you to customize the image according to your preferences.

You can replace banner image url here.

Email Logo

Similarly, for the logo, you can double-click on it and replace the URL with the desired one.

You can easily compose your email copy in the editor provided.

For added convenience, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button is available to quickly restore the default template, providing a reliable baseline for your email communication.

Make sure to press the “SAVE” button after making any changes to preserve your configurations.
