Leagues Settings

The Leagues Settings section serves as a dedicated space for configuring and adjusting various settings related to leagues within your venue. To access and customize these settings, follow the steps provided below:

  • Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu on the Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Select the “Leagues” section from the menu.
  • Click on “Leagues Settings” to enter the interface where you can configure and fine-tune settings specific to leagues within your venue.

League Information encompasses key details that define and characterize the leagues within your venue. The following points provide a breakdown of the pertinent information:

Customize the heading that appears on the league page, providing a distinctive and engaging title for participants.

Tailor the text that accompanies the league form, offering additional information or instructions to those interested in joining.

Add a sub-text to the league form, providing supplementary details or context for participants as they navigate the registration process.

Set the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) percentage applicable to the league, ensuring accurate financial calculations.

Specify the registration fee associated with joining the league, establishing clear and transparent financial expectations for participants.

Designate a contact email for the league, facilitating communication and inquiries related to league participation.

This feature provides the ability to set the start and end dates for upcoming league registrations. This allows you to precisely control the timeframe during which participants can register for the next league.

The “Limit for Registration” feature empowers you to establish a numerical cap on the total registrations allowed for a specific league. By setting a limit, you prevent overbooking and ensure that the league doesn’t exceed the desired number of participants.

In the interface, corresponding to each day, you can easily view the number of registered users for that particular day. This feature provides a quick and informative snapshot of participant registrations, allowing you to monitor and track the popularity and demand for specific days within the league schedule.

In this section, you have the capability to enable or disable specific fields such as Name, Email, Phone, and T-Shirt Size based on your preferences. This customization feature allows you to tailor the registration form for leagues, giving you flexibility in collecting the information that is most relevant to your needs.

The League Status option serves as a toggle to control the visibility of the League menu in the navigation.

When enabled, the League menu becomes accessible in the navigation menu, allowing users to easily navigate to the league-related settings and information. On the other hand, disabling the League Status option hides the League menu,
