League email templates allow you to communicate with participants involved in various leagues within your venue. You can customize these emails to convey important information, updates, or announcements related to league activities. To access and manage league email templates, follow these steps:

Go to the Main Navigation Menu of the Venue Owner Dashboard.
Navigate to “Automations” and select “Emails.”
Choose the “League” tab to enter the interface dedicated to configuring league-related email templates.

In this section, you can customize the content of league emails using predefined legends and dynamic placeholders to personalize your communication with league participants.

Legends

League Email Legends: League email templates provide dynamic placeholders to personalize communication with participants. The following legends are available for use in league-related emails:

%customer_firstname%: The first name of the league participant.
%customer_lastname%: The last name of the league participant.
%league_id%: Unique identification for the league.
%league_created_at%: Date and time when the league was created.
%customer_phone%: Contact phone number of the league participant.
%franchise_league_registration_fee%: Registration fee set for the league.
%franchise_league_hst%: HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) applied to the league registration.

These placeholders enable you to tailor your league emails for a more personalized and engaging communication experience with league participants.

The league email template section allows you to customize and communicate effectively with league participants. The template provides dynamic placeholders, or legends, that can be populated with specific information for each league and participant.

For added convenience, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button is available to quickly restore the default template, providing a reliable baseline for your email communication.

Make sure to press the “SAVE” button after making any changes to preserve your configurations.
