Waiver emails play a significant role in your communication strategy, providing an essential touchpoint with customers completing the waiver process. To configure Waiver Emails for your venue, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Main Navigation Menu of your Venue Owner Dashboard.
  • Click on “Automations” to access the automated processes section.
  • Within the Automations menu, choose the “Emails” option to proceed with email-related configurations.
  • Specifically, select “Waiver” to enter the interface dedicated to setting up and customizing Waiver Emails.

Once you’ve reached this section, you’ll have the tools to tailor your waiver-related communications effectively, ensuring a seamless and professional interaction with your customers throughout the waiver process.

The waiver legends provide placeholders for dynamic information that can be automatically populated in your waiver emails. Here’s a brief explanation of each legend:

  • %location%: Represents the venue location.
  • %customer_first_name%: Refers to the customer’s first name.
  • %customer_last_name%: Denotes the customer’s last name.
  • %customer_email%: Represents the customer’s email address.
  • %customer_phone%: Signifies the customer’s phone number.
  • %customer_emergency_contact_name%: Represents the name of the customer’s emergency contact.
  • %customer_emergency_contact_phone%: Denotes the phone number of the customer’s emergency contact.
  • %home_city%: Represents the customer’s home city.
  • %zip_code%: Denotes the customer’s zip code.
  • %birthday%: Represents the customer’s birthday.

Here, you have the flexibility to customize the text and incorporate legends to meet your specific venue needs. Whether you choose to modify the existing template or create an entirely new one, the “SET DEFAULT CONTENT” button stands ready to assist you in reverting to the default template, ensuring a seamless and professional communication process during the waiver completion journey.

Make sure to press the “SAVE” button after making any changes to preserve your configurations.
